Throughout his career Mr. White has handled hundreds of adoptions, primarily providing representation for birth mothers in private-placement adoptions. He also has wide-ranging experience advocating for adoptive parents in both foreign and agency adoptions.

Mr. White is dedicated to helping build strong families, and because of this, he currently sits as the chairman of the board for a local nonprofit family-457235_1920that focuses on crisis pregnancy advocacy and building long-term support structures for birth mothers. He is an active guest lecturer for numerous Continuing Legal Education courses that address current NYS adoption law and over the course of his career has had the opportunity to serve as a Court-appointed Guardian ad Litem for minors in contested adoptions.
