David White is a native of Western New York and was a founding member of the law firm Sheffer, Murphy & White.

He now operates his general practice in Clarence, NY as The Law Offices of David D. White.

Mr. White received his Bachelor of Arts with honors from Houghton College in 1979 and his  J.D. from the University at Buffalo’s School of Law in 1982. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the Erie County Bar Association, and is also admitted to the Federal Bar, Western District of New York.

He is a member of the Christian Legal Society and the Phi Alpha Theta National Academic Honor Society.

Mr. White has a passion for higher education and provides active leadership to his alma mater Houghton College. He currently is a member of the Willard J. Houghton Foundation and is also a board member and past-President of the Houghton College Alumni Association. Mr. White has also held the role of Adjunct Instructor of Economics for Houghton College.
